2012 INC. 5000 – Entrance brings new meaning to “110%”

Entrance’s Three-Year Revenue Growth of More than 110% Places The Firm At No. 2700 on the 2012 Inc. 500|5000

NEW YORK, August 15, 2012Inc. magazine today ranked Entrance NO. 2700 on its sixth annual Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America’s independent entrepreneurs. Entrance joins Yelp, yogurt maker Chobani, Giftcards.com, KIND and famed hatmaker Tilly’s, among other prominent brands featured on this year’s list.

Entrance has made consistent appearances on the list since 2009, and is on track for continued growth in 2012. According to Inc. the median growth rate for companies who made the list was 98%, and at Entrance, we think that our extra 10% really does matter.

“Our growth is based on our unique ability to respond to industry needs before anyone else can come up with a solution. As oil and gas technology standards rise, many of our clients are using software portals and dashboards as a differentiator, and I can not be more proud to be on lists like this one with our clients alongside us. And with Windows 8 launching in just a couple months, the best is yet to come for Entrance.” Nate Richards, Entrance President

In a stagnant economic environment, median growth rate of 2012 Inc. 500|5000 companies remains an impressive 97 percent. The companies on this year’s list report having created over 400,000 jobs in the past three years, and aggregate revenue among the honorees reached $299 billion.

Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/5000.

“Now, more than ever, we depend on Inc. 500/5000 companies to spur innovation, provide jobs, and drive the economy forward.  Growth companies, not large corporations, are where the action is,” says Inc. Editor Eric Schurenberg. “Congratulations to you and your team. You should be proud of all Entrance has achieved to date. I wish you many more years of success.”
