KIPP’s employees were exerting excessive time and money collecting pertinent information from external databases, resulting in a disorganized and frustrating process with little easy insight. We enhanced the functionality of KIPP’s SharePoint system by introducing customized Vital Signs Reports to the school system. Our tailoring gathers information from the various databases, and provides a customized metric to SharePoint. By integrating the data sources into the current OLAP cube, creating dashboards for each KIPP Houston School, and translating data into Vital Signs Reports, Entrance has provided KIPP with easy-access vital information about their students’ college readiness.

Within a couple seconds, KIPP can have a detailed report built to their specifications. Within a minute, they can have multiple reports from one location.
