Field Ticket Management Go-Live Update:
Entrance just issued a go-live of the latest functionality update for our client’s Field Ticket Management System.
Our customer is using our software consulting services to set itself apart from its competitors. We’ve developed a tailored automation system that accelerates their revenue stream, integrates with accounting and gives their customers a portal that surfaces all information relevant to their projects. With this system, our client is redefining what it means to be competitive in the Pipeline Construction Industry, and we believe its competitors are at least 4-6 years behind.
The automated business process that we’re providing sets our client apart and allows them to achieve higher profitability. Our strong client relationship means that we can have strategic conversations about leveraging information and software systems to create competitive advantage by providing value to their clients that their competitors do not. While others in the industry manually gather, create, print and send work tickets, our client’s employees spend time on billable, profitable work.
The latest release will help our client grow their systems as they grow their company. “This release adds a new workflow and approval process for field tickets. The feature set enables data entry of tickets to be handled by field offices rather than centrally at the corporate office. The result is a greatly improved process intended to reduce iterations between the field offices and corporate office reconciling tickets for invoicing and payroll each week. The update significantly increases the number of users of FTMS as our customer incrementally rolls out the new process to each office of approximately a dozen offices around Texas and Louisiana.“ – Eric Carlson
