Work/Life Balance
We love what we do, but there’s more to life than work. Our standard work week is 40 hours and we all do our best to get our job done in that time.
Fun Environment
If you have to spend the majority of your waking hours with at your job, you should at least have fun doing it. When you walk through the hall you might run into people playing Bolf (Golf + bowling) or flying their helicopters. Random Friday Sundae Party, anyone?
Learning is Encouraged
Technology is a quickly evolving industry and those who don’t keep learning will be left behind. We support training for certifications and encourage our employees to set learning goals for themselves.
Career Development
Where will our consultants be in 5 years? We asked ourselves that question and created structure for growth and development. Do you want to be a technical master or are you more interested in project management? We have a path for that.
Mentoring
Weekly one-on-one meetings with your direct manager give you scheduled time to talk about your challenges and opportunities.
Company Events
There is always something fun to look forward to at Entrance. We get together for a casual lunch on Fridays and have monthly happy hours. We do the Rodeo Run every year, host holiday potlucks and a have a yearly Christmas party, just to name a few events.
